Cost information is normally available from the SQLite output. You will need to (1) enable this output in the IDF model, (2) work out the SQL commands to extract the numbers, and then (3) put the commands in the .rvi (or the new .rvx) file. See the example "example_2-rvx_E+v8.1" in the jEPlus package. By the way, there is an error with the 5ZoneCostEst.rvi file, where the sql commands are missing. You can copy and paste the sql commands from the my.rvx file to fix it. Ivan did a useful tutorial video on how to access output in the sql file.
